A new class of cancer medicines
Nanolynx Biologics AG is a Swiss biotech spinout of Ability Biotherapeutics, founded to develop conditionally active nanobody-drug conjugates (CA-NDCs) for hard-to-treat solid tumors.
Conventional antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs) — the current best-in-class approach — fail because they cannot penetrate solid tumors effectively and they cause severe toxicity in healthy tissue. We solve both problems simultaneously. Our CA-NDCs are 10× smaller than antibodies for deep tumor diffusion and are engineered to activate only in the acidic tumor microenvironment, sparing healthy tissue.
Validated Biology
ADCs and nanobodies are clinically and commercially proven. Our targets (CD70, CD142) are validated by approved drugs, yet constrained by ADC toxicity which is precisely the gap CA-NDCs fill.

Exclusive license to one of the world’s largest nanobody datasets: 200 million datapoints across 15 oncology targets, purpose-built for machine learning and unavailable to competitors.
Next-Gen Modality
Conditionally active nanobody-drug conjugates — CA-NDCs — represent a fundamentally new therapeutic class combining the penetration advantages of nanobodies with tumor-selective payload release.

Building a scalable Pipeline
We are targeting clinically validated antigens in high-unmet-need solid tumors where conventional ADCs remain challenged by poor tumor penetration and systemic toxicity, with the goal of improving outcomes for patients with limited treatment options.
